R.S. Technical Customer Service and Technical Support are here to provide quality service and assistance. We have developed a RST Loaner Program to supply you with equipment and keep you up and running. When needed a quick call to our Technical Support Department will get you in contact with one of our technicians, that combined have over 50 plus years of technical experience, to help solve your mechanical issues live. Should your equipment need to come in-house for repair, our goal is to have a repair turn-around of 48 hours. Any parts orders that we receive before 3:00pm PST will be shipped the same day for regularly stocked items.
For the West Coast we have repair facilities in Northern California at our corporate offices in Petaluma and there is also a RST factory certified repair facility located in Southern California. The East Coast and Mid West repairs are handled out of RST East Repair Facility located in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.
RST's Quality Assurance is a major part of our success. We inspect each repair prior to shipment to insure that the repair meets our standards of performance and we back our service and repairs with a 90-day warranty.
